With the sharpness of experience and a much clearer aim, Johan no longer allows himself to be guided by voices that don't understand what's required to create a thriving and successful consulting firm. With experience from development, operations, and leadership, he builds Agency 42 around three principles: clarity, quality, and care.

Markus is the one who listens, asks the right questions, and finds solutions where others only see problems. His strength lies in experience and relationships – the ability to truly understand the client's world, see the needs behind the needs, and build collaborations that last over time.

With a career dating back to 1999, Markus has been a manager, leader, and salesperson for nearly three decades. He has also served as CEO of the consulting firm Human IT, where he developed the business and refined his ability to combine business, people focus, and long-term strategy.

At Agency 42, Markus brings his entire professional journey – the extensive knowledge of the consulting industry, the natural leadership ability, and the sales-driven instinct that makes clients feel seen, secure, and understood. With a focus on both heart and business, he leads Agency 42's customer journey forward.
